Tony and his team are clearly masters at what they do. From the very first phone call, through the site assessment and then installation, I knew that I was in the hands of someone who has studied and ultimately mastered the craft. Before I found Tony, I was the unlucky owner of a heat pump system that sort of worked and then finally didn’t. I had a company attempt to repair what had failed, but they left it slightly worse than when they arrived. I was tempted to go back to the original installer, but was hesitant. It became obvious to me that not everyone fully understands the art of installing these mini split heat pump systems, and some don’t give the care required to make sure the system they install will hold up over time. Ten minutes into meeting Tony, I knew I was working with someone very different. It was obvious I was now dealing with someone who knows exactly what he is doing and provides each customer with the time, care, and concern a project of this magnitude and cost deserves. Tony and his team were in constant communication, arrived on time, listened to my preferences and concerns, and took the time to make certain everything worked exactly as it should. When the install was complete, he assured me he will be there for me if I ever have a need in the future. I could tell he really meant this. This is great comfort, though I doubt I will need him. This job was done right. If you are considering installing, upgrading, or doing anything with your heating and cooling situation, Precision should be your first call.
