We purchased a three level townhouse, with one zone and a thirty plus year old furnace and AC unit. The basement had been finished later and was poorly done with duct work going through walls and weird boxes annexed on the ceiling. Our bedroom and basement were freezing or had little or no heat at all last winter.
We hired Tony to replace the furnace, and he suggested a heat pump instead of AC for the cooling and heating. We also wanted four zones instead of one to better control all levels of the townhouse. This was a challenging job and also happened in the middle of a pandemic shutdown.
after some delays due to COVID, Tony arrived for two weeks in April. There was some tear out in basement which he handled, he always covered areas with tarps and left everything clean. He entered through our basement patio, and when in contact was wearing a suit, mask and boots. Tony is responsible, professional and a pleasure to work with.
Six months in, I write this review after having cool air during heat waves, and now a fully heated basement for my grandkids to play and for my workspace.
