Fantastic experience with Precision HVAC all-around. Highly recommended. We needed to get an air-source heat pump installed to help with heating a couple of rooms that are tricky to get service for due to the internal house layout. Precision called us back within an hour and a half of our initial voicemail asking for a consult. Tony arrived exactly on time for the consult and did a thorough review of our overall situation and goals – reviewed insulation, interior layout, confirmed that a split-system heat pump would probably work well, and we discussed the layout for the system. The quote offered was very competitive and very fair, and Tony fielded all our follow-up questions clearly. On the actual day of the work, the team arrived on time, worked very very efficiently and cleanly, and got the whole system up and running fully a half a day ahead of the estimated work-time. The quality of the workmanship is also frankly superb – I have gone out to look at how the system’s slimducts and hoses are all set up and everything is just so *tidy.*
Now that we have got it, we are honestly pretty thrilled, it works exactly as we hoped and the part of the house that needed help has finally had its heating/cooling issues sorted.
